"The Southernmost City in the Continental United States ...."
Our family started visiting Key West in 1991 while
Greg served in the Navy as a CIC Officer.  We fell
in love with the island lifestyle and purchased our
first Shipyard property in the Truman Annex,
previously owned by the US Navy.  The award
winning Truman Annex was developed by a New
Englander, Pritam Singh, and he built beautiful
condos alongside multi-million dollar homes.

Now our family owns several condos in Key West
and Marathon - to see each one, just click on the
individual links.
One of the reasons everyone loves Key West is
because of the weather.  See below for current
temperatures.

We hope we have thought of everything to make
your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Prices start from $995 per week , $1900 per
month long term or $5000 per month short term.
